Alpine Beer Company is a very small storefront just off the I-8 in Alpine which is just east of San Diego. Pay attention as it is difficult to see.

Once inside though you will be more than satisfied. All they do here is off-sales, though they do offer samplers. They have a very large menu of beers, including fruit flavored wheats, an Irish red and a stout and during my visit there were seven different IPAs. If you love IPAs, as I do, this is more than impressive.

All of these beers are extraordinary. I would definitely suggest making the trip out to Alpine for a growler or taste or four.
