Baltika 9 was my favorite Russian beer during my recent visit. It has nice body, nice color, richer malty taste than most lagers, and nice hops finish.

I tried four of the Baltika line. Wish I could find the rest in the US.

This is my first tasting of Baltika 9 Extra, alc8.0% vol. perhaps that's the export version as I'm UK based. Dark brown bottle, Must admit it's sensational. I would give 8.7/10 for great and deep sweetness with muddy-herbal aftertaste. Would introduce my friend's to this one as it's a true gem.
