Editor's note: The laws about this are ridiculous in Quebec. I had to drive to Anjou to get a license to "import" a sample bottle of Sam Adams Utopias that the company had shipped to me. I understand why there are rules, but surely it's obvious that when an individual receives the odd shipment of a few little bottles of beer, they aren't about to turn it into an industry?
