BigHead No-carb beer
Burliegh Brewing, QLD, Australia

As low carb beers flood the market here in australia from local and international brewers, it is great to see a truly local brewery leading the way in this cutting edge brewing technique.

Brewed on the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland by Burliegh Brewing, BigHead No-carb beer (4.2% ABV) is a refreshing and full flavoured lager stlye beer, perfect for quenching your thrirst on a warm summer's day.

Unlike some low carb beers BigHead is actualy totaly carb Free! And unlike some low carb beers BigHead is actualy quite nice to drink and very sessionable, great for those long hot summer afternoons around the bbq. And being no-carb it is good for your weight problems as well.

Overall if you are worried about carb intake when having a few brews then this beer is definitely for you. Likewise if you like clasic Ausrtalian lagers then you will find a pleasant surprise when cracking the top off a Burliegh Brewery Big Head Beer. Cheers :)

Beer

The beer isn't half bad at all, but the main reason I'm leaving a comment is because the one below mine regarding carbs/calories is completely false.

Low (or no) carb does not mean low calorie
by: plebian

Can we please stop perpetuating this myth being created by marketers that low-carb beers are good for watching your weight?

The majority of calories in beer come from the alcohol itself, not the carbs. So lowering the carb content doesn't have much impact on the amount of calories consumed, which is what will ultimately impact on weight gain/loss.

(Of course if the reduced carbs helps avoid the bowel problems of the previous comment then all good! Let's just not pretend it is an answer to our beer bellies either.)
