Black Pearl ale: now unavailable. Can anybody recommend something similar?

I REALLY like Black Pearl ale and have enjoyed it for the three years we've lived in Nova Scotia.

Now (May 23/08) I find it's no longer available!! (My husband says he'll help me through the hard time as he had the same experience when Carlsberg was no longer sold here!)

What do you suggest as the closest alternative?

Black pearl Ale substitute (close)

If you can get Leinenkugel Creamy Dark Ale, I think you'll find that it is similar (It is difficult to match The Black Pearl!)
