The other specialty brew at the Blue Corn Cafe was the Scotch Ale. It was described as milkshake malty, but it seemed to balance that flavor well with just a wee bit of hops bite.
It was surprisingly smooth due to less carbonation and again, it's hard to go wrong with a 7% ABV.
