Boise Co-Op Market: a great beer store in Boise, Idaho

Boise Co-Op Market: a great beer store in Boise, Idaho

My first stop was in Boise, Idaho at the Boise Co-op Market to do some shopping. This is not a specialty store but a regular grocery store with an outstanding beer selection.

There were many coolers filled with a great selection of Idaho and NW beers as well as a good selection of imports and gluten-free beers. No Megas! I was able to find 12 interesting and unique 22-ounce bottles to take along.

Although there are several breweries in the Boise area, the opportunity to visit did not present itself on this trip.

They have a great selection of beers from the northwest, as well as imports. They sell by the bottle single costs around a $1.30 and a six pack costs around $6.50 to $7.00. If you like tasting different stuff, it's a great store.

Even the impossible can be found on eBay, if you are patient in your searching. Try searching for Russian River (you'll need to narrow down by beer name, ex. Pliny, Damnation, Temptation), Black Albert, or any of the BIG beers. Don't overlook eBay's Belgium Beer results either...
