Pale Ale mustard
(Boulevard Brewing co.)
If you're looking for a way to spice up your leftover turkey sandwiches this holiday season, try Boulevard Brewing Pale Ale Mustard.
The first four ingredients are Boulevard Brewing Pale Ale, water, vinegar and mustard seed. Sound mustardy enough for you?
They up the ante with a little tumeric and brown sugar which gives this mustard two thumbs up and says "umami".
This mustard isn't over-zealous with the heat, it would be ideal with all of the following: Warm Pretzel, Grilled Bratwurst, dipping your grilled cheese in if you aren't eating tomato soup (or if you are).
Hot dogs, Corn dogs, Ham, Turkey, Burger? (I don't put mustard on burger), Corned Beef, Pastrami, Salami, Oragami, flippin' UMAMI. Enough said, sorry to any worthy foods I missed pairing with Boulevard Brewing Pale Ale mustard.
