Brew-It-Up in downtown Sacramento is an upscale brew-on-premises that has 10-10 gallon kettles, fermentation space and a bottling line.

The bar and seating areas are very comfortable and there are 20+ beers on tap and/or in the bottle.

All of the beers are predominantly extract recipes so all that I tried had a distinct extract flavor. Despite the extract flavors, the beers were not bad. Nobody was brewing during my visit, but it was very busy.
