Castlemaine XXXX Bad Batch

We have had a lot of xxxx gold stubbies lately that are rotten.We buy 5 cartons at a time from Castlemaine XXXX Bad Batch

Dan Murphy's in Townsville,puchased hot at a very good price, of this I dont complain .we are throwing out so many bad ones its not worth buying & living 3 hours away slipping back to the shop is not an option .We have found out it is quite comman to get bad xxxx gold as a few friends have had the same problem.A lot of the caps are quite loose so the beer is flat.
Sorry to have a whinge but if no one lets you know your product has gone bad you want be able to fix things

I LIVE IN BRISBANE AND A LARGE CONSUMER OF XXXX GOLD I BROUGHT A CASE OF GOLD
STUBBIES AND THEY WERE UNDRINKABLE I AM
TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO THE BREWERY .THIS HAS BEEN THE SECOND TIME IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS THIS HAS HAPPENED TOME . I HAVE FOUND THAT THE TASTE IS CHANGING MOST OF THE TIME . I LIKE MY GOLD BUT MAY HAVE TO CHANGE TO SOMETHING ELSE.
