No, obviously not, but I thought the comment was a bit insensitive. There are definitely other ways of making the observation that you are not from the country where you sent the beer back.
How about brushing up on a little cultural beer etiquette before visiting a country?
(Editor's note: Fair comment. I was really trying to sum up my bewilderment about a "pint" of beer having 1/3 pint of foam, but you're right, I could probably have done a better job.)
