Eel River Organic Amber ale

I have decided to write to you about one of my absolute favorite local brews here in Humboldt that makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

It's Eel River Organic Amber ale. I have been fersnickered off this beer more times than any other beer and that says a lot.

The bitters in this beer are mild and hardly noticeable when blended perfectly with the amber malts. When poured into a crisp cold glass, this beer gives the perfect head... kinda reminds me of prom night.

It's not too hoppy and always clear enough to see through the dark amber hue. I rate this beer an H for Halle Berry.

So when you are not in Rome, but in Fortuna, stop by the Eel River Brewhouse for this fabulous beer (plus many others I have yet to tell about) and try not to leave without one of their great hoodies with the infamous saying: "Be Natural, Drink Naked!"
