Blue Corn Cafe, Santa Fe, NM
End of the Trail Brown Ale was next on my descent from the Blue Corn Cafe's lights to darks and it was textbook brown ale. Less carbonation, light malts, semi-clear mahogany color.
People don’t like textbooks for a reason: they're boring. So was this ale.
