An absolute monster at 10% ABV, Faxe beer is true drink for Vikings and wannabe Vikings. You'll need a strong stomach and seasoned sea legs just to consume a single can!

It's a shame for this beer. It tastes pretty damn good for a strong beer, but any subtle flavours you might be about to pick up are flooded by that intense alcohol influence that, like a longboat raiding party, sweeps all before it. My full video review is below

Be careful. Don't drink this beer like other beer. Don't even do the math like, "Ok, it's 10% so that's like 2 beer a can... so drinking 3 is like drinking a six pack." I can drink a dozen beer and be drunk but somewhat lucid... I drank four cans of Faxe and I was SMASHED. Smashed like I hadn't been since high school. Faxe is hardcore. You could probably start a car with it.

I've drank a lot of beer in my life and a lot of different kinds of beer from all over the world ... back in the 80's, Double Diamond was my fave International beer (Black Horse being my fave local suds) ... still love the Horse, but a few years ago discovered Faxe 10% Extra Strong ... and being a fan of Gemanic beers I was hooked on the first sip!! Man it is indeed the Viking Raiding Party of beers!! Two tins is all you need for a man-sized buzz! Salut Faxe!!

Hey man! Interesting comments on Faxe! I've been trying it out myself. I don't know whether or not I should drink it too often because the other day a friend of mine in Germany told me that Faxe beer was not legal in his country, because of "cleanliness standards" imposed by the government. Have you heard of such things?
