Possibly the Philly Craft Beer Festival's most memorable beer of the day at was the Finger Lakes Apricot Wheat.
It was a refreshing tonic in a sea of IPAs. (I would say over half of the brewers brought along an IPA.) This beer was crisp and fruity and blows Magic Hat #9 (Apricot wheat beer) out of the water. This one's a summer chugger, folks.
