Deschutes Brewery in NW has at least one GF beer on tap at a time (the brew changes periodically).

Belmont Station, New Seasons and a few other places stock Redbridge (ick) and Green's beers (yum!). Hawthorne Fish House has Green's on the menu as well as a cider and one of the other brewery's stuff.

Harvester Brewing is getting off the ground, but hasn't started selling - they're working on a half-dozen beer recipes that they'll produce at a time.
