One of my favorite places to visit is Granville Island in Vancouver. On this very small space are two breweries.

Dockside Brewing in the Granville Island Hotel is the more upscale of the two. Fine dining and great views of False Creek and Yaletown. The beers are well done but not remarkable but a great place to end an evening pub crawl as your room is right there.

Granville Island Brewing on the other hand is the working man's brewery. Very industrial with a great tasting room and retail center. All the beers are well done.
