Guinness - love or hate it

Squirrel Drinking Guinness: even rodents can recognise a great beer when they see one
Guinness! It's like the Marmite of beers: your either adore it or you hate it, there's no half measures and I guess that's why I love it so much.
I know a lot of people would be saying right now, "Well, that's sort of a regular choice" and I could say I enjoy other beers or lagers or stouts also; but the thing is, I'm not greedy, I'm very relaxed and well, I get a sense of pleasure watching my beer settle down in front of me, reversing everything that is usual with getting a fresh pint, I'M WAITING ON IT!
Yes it's a regular choice, nothing out of the ordinary, but with its unique-tasting creamy top and the oh-so-important wait, to me, it is the best, most pleasurable beer that I can imagine.
Every time I order one, hand over the shrapnel in my back pocket and with that first taste to the last drops of the creamy bottom, nothing beats it in my eyes and mouth.
