I found this bar almost 8 years ago; it is located in Mesa, AZ at the 101 and Guadalupe Rd. You have to either know someone who goes there or just stumble upon it by chance to find it. I found it by the latter by working just across the street.

From the outside you don't think too much is even in the plaza where it is located, but this bar is an oasis in the desert. If you visit it at night you are welcomed to a DARK bar, if you come during the Arizona day please be prepared to acclimate to the dark lighting for at least 5 minutes. There are no windows besides the partially solid glass door with security metal bars, and a curtain.

Once you enter this bar and get accustomed to the lighting conditions, you are immersed into a small bar complete with 2 pool tables, 2 dart machines, a bar that seats 15-18 guests, 5-6 high-top tables, multiple TV's that almost always have a live sports game ((DO NOT GO IN BAD MOUTHING THE TWINS OR VIKINGS unless you want a fight on your hands or are ready to get kicked out! It is a Minnesota bar)) on them or sports center recapping the days news, and a killer jukebox! (AND THAT IS JUST THE BEGINNING)...

The bar is fully loaded, complete with all necessary spirits that one could need to mix any drink under the sun and then some. They also feature home-made Jell-O Shots for a dollar I believe. .... Whats that you like pitcher, after pitcher of beer and looking at your tab only to think..."There is no way this is right!"!!! Yes the beer is that cheap! The draft selection is rather limited but considering the price, it is worth it! Jupe's also has a decent selection of bottles if draft is just not your thing. Hungry at Jupe's... no problem enjoy food such as Pizza, Slim-Jims, Popcorn, and chips.

Have I mentioned the patrons? This is the Cheers of Mesa, AZ! You walk in on your second or third visit and the staff and patrons treat you like you have been a regular for YEARS!
