Gold Nugget Hefeweizen, 5% ABV; light in color with supple flavors, slightly cloudy. It went perfectly with some rockfish we purchased and grilled.
Kassik’s Gold Nugget Hefe has good floral and spice aromas, none of the banana esters commonly yielded by this style.
