This cow can kick! At 9%, it's a strong, bitter stout with lactose to take the edge off what would otherwise be a depressingly bitter experience.

Super-dark with a big, fluffy brown head, this beer smells a little sweet. That's not a lie, though initially it will seem like it: there's a long, sweet aftertaste, but for the first while you'll be battling bitterness, and wondering how this could only have 10 IBUs.

A delicious, sipping stout that you should let warm through a little before drinking.
