Recently I discovered (after years of searching) a beer that my wife can actually drink! Monk's Cafe Flemish sour ale was something of a miracle. She's tried and hated EVERYTHING else. So sour beers are on my to-do list for her.
Mort Subite Framboise is a raspberry-flavored sour beer. It's fizzy, midway between sour and bitter and refreshing. You've GOT to like raspberries. Meanwhile, purists will love the ingredients list that features nothing unexpected. Water, malted barley, wheat, raspberry juice, corn, sugar and hops.
