Ringwood Best Bitter on tap at the White Lion, Wherwell, Hants
Drunk at the White Lion, Wherwell, Hants, UK
In many ways this is a classic British bitter. Red-brown, a decent head, quite sharply bitter at the first pull, lingering slow finish with a minor undercurrent of sweetness to balance the bitterness. A well crafted beer that might be too flavourful for its own good if you plan on drinking it all day. I still have two pumps to hit before making my choice of the best beer at the White Lion, but this is a potential contender.
