And another style of Belgian Ale. This one is a Tripel (Triple), or a stronger, sweeter version of a Belgian Ale brewed with more malt.
I noticed the burn of alcohol as soon as I tasted it. This one comes in at 10% ABV, which is nothing to throw a stick at.
Despite my apathy and nonchalant attitude towards Belgians, this one deserves respect. The flavor and mouthfeel was nice and I could picture sipping this one on a cold day.
