Trappistes 10 is an 11.3% ABV beer. It is a Belgian beer, produced for hundreds of years in the traditional style.
It is best served from tap, but is also very good bottled.
This is considered to be one of Belgium's best beers and is priced accordingly. It might be hard to get in the US, but can be easily found anywhere in Europe.
The beer contains an almost indescribable mixture of tastes and smells.
Since it's highly alchoholic, it is best drunk over a solid dinner or lunch.
I love all of the Belgian trappiste beers and Rochefort is one of the best breweries around. The 10 beer is their top star - you simply must try it out!
