Saint Arnould Blanche des Anges

Saint Arnould Blanche des Anges won't sing you to your rest, but it may liven up your mouth a little
(White Angels) is a cloudy, crisp, dryish wheat beer. Weighing in at a fairly light 4% ABV, the pour is cloudy due to it being bottle fermented ('on lees'). This means it is probably more than 4% ABV by now, as it's been in my cellar for a long while.
The dishwater cloudiness disguises a fairly sharp initial bite. This is one beer I might consider sucking an orange slice with to cut the bitterness a little. It lingers on for a while before fading away into a nice, fresh, citrus sweetness.
Very refreshing.
