Samuel Adams Stony Brook Red (9% ABV)
Samuel Adams, MA, USA

The Stony Brook Red is named after an aquifer under the Sam Adams headquarters in Boston. It's a Flanders Red Belgium style ale with 9% ABV and Pale and Aromatic malts.

55% of the beer is oak aged in barrels imported from Portuguese brandy barrels. It's a nice example of a red with a little toasted oak flavor and a long finish.

Even the impossible can be found on eBay, if you are patient in your searching. Try searching for Russian River (you'll need to narrow down by beer name, ex. Pliny, Damnation, Temptation), Black Albert, or any of the BIG beers. Don't overlook eBay's Belgium Beer results either...
