Darrell Billesberger ensures that his proposal speech is the only thing on the planet shorter than his hair.
One of the first and most important jobs in building this Saskatchewan beer guide was learning how to spell the province's huge name.
Once over that considerable hurdle (way too many vowels in there for our liking), we embarked on finding a Beer Delegate to help us with our SK efforts. (See how lazy habits are hard to break?)
So please welcome Darrell Billesberger, the man responsible for putting the prayer into the prairies, bringing in the harvest of Saskatchewan beers and drawing attention to the province's breweries and beer festivals.
Darrell's a man of few words, which you might expect from somebody who wears FBI fancy dress to wedding receptions.
He might not take a bullet for the United Nations of Beer cause, but he'd certainly take a pint or six while in the line of fire.
