Schoune Premier Baiser

Schoune is a very random brewery: you can get a really good beer from it, or something almost alcopop-style that most self-respecting beer drinkers will run a mile from.

Premier Baiser falls in the former category. It's 7% ABV and the alcohol is well-disguised. This is a spiced beer and it's a peppery, energetic blonde ale that you will find perhaps a touch on the sweet side. However, that is balanced by the spices and a lingering hop bitterness that follows the swallow. A tasty beer.
