Sprecher Generation Porter (5.7% ABV)

Generation gave off a boozy, sour aroma that sweetened up slightly while drinking and turned into a black cherry flavor with some chocolate tones. It's a heavy porter but would be good for a couple of pints, I'm sure.

Generation: You must like raspberries!

I find Generation Porter delicious and moreish. It's really dark, with a light brown head. Strong smell of raspberries.

Like dessert in a glass! The berries are very forward, then the creamy chocolate comes through (Dutch cocoa). Lingering bitter finish. A must-try for dessert beer fans!
