So far I have been very impressed with Sprecher. The line-up of beers this company produces is uniformly excellent. Apart from one or two, which is more down to style preference than quality of interpretation, I have really liked the beers I've had and Hefe Weiss is no exception.

It really punches above its weight, flavor-wise, especially considering the relatively low alcohol strength. I can't say much about the color because I was drinking it in the dark, but it smells fresh and light, slightly sweet. The taste was delicious, very finely balanced and fruity with some mild spiciness. One of Sprechers's best. Highly recommended.
