A style I have grown to like in my years living in north America, though what it has to do with Scotland I still don't know.

Deep reddish mahogany color with barely a head. Smells a bit like honey bread. Tastes very very sweet, quite gassy, barely any alcohol presence despite the strong ABV, but you do get a warmth in your guts after the swallow. An aftertaste that I find a little off. Not my favorite Sprecher beer.
