This may be a fantastic interpretation of a brown ale, but it is perhaps my least favorite beer style. So I will be as honest about it as I can be.

Pours dark brown with virtually no head. Clean, light smell for a brown. Very fizzy in the mouth. Has an initial sweetness, a bit thin-tasting at the swallow, slightly creamy with a moderate sweet finish.

I just can't shake the feeling that I would be better off drinking one of Sprecher's other beers. This one left me cold.
