Golden amber pour. Almost no head -- not sure how the brewery got their photo to look like THAT ice cream cone! Smells fairly neutral, not bitter, some sweetness maybe. Surprising taste. Initially sweeter and then much more bitter than I expected, though well rounded with some sweetness in the finish. Very gassy. A good lager.
