Squatters Provo Girl Pilsner is brewed in the Bavarian tradition. This golden-hued Pilsner is brewed with German Magnum hops, then cold-aged for 30 days for superb drinkability. It pours clear gold in color with very good carbonation that leaves a thin foamy head.
The aroma is of biscuit and malt. The flavor is typical pilsner with some slight sourness and biscuit and bread with some slight hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is rather thin, but this beer is very drinkable.
