Squatters Wit

Squatters Wit pours a cloudy light yellow with lots of carbonation. A nice one finger soft white head forms leaving a really nice cap and collar for almost the whole duration of the beer.

Musty yeast is the first thing that I noticed. A bit of lemon and some crisp spiciness is also present. Very light malt shows in the aroma but for the citrus dominates. There is a nice banana like start with some light yeast tones.

A bit of orange and lemon is present along with plenty of gently spice. Coriander and orange zest is present but it is very subtle. It is crisp and clean with a light body and zesty carbonation.
