Summit IPA beer

I went out to one of my regular haunts, Old Chicago. It just so happened one of my favorite bartenders was working and I decided to try a good old Minnesota brewed beer that I have never had before. I had a Summit India Pale Ale!

The bartender placed the beer in front of me and said, "Enjoy." I replied with "You betcha I will!" I took my first sip of this Minnesota-brewed beer and had a big smile on my face afterward, knowing it was brewed in our state!

It was not one I would place in my top choices of beers, but it also is not one I would never have again. I tend to lean more towards the lighter beers and not the darker beers and Summit IPA beer falls somewhere right in the middle: maybe that's why it is not my top choice nor my least favorite.

Old Chicago is a great place with a wide variety of beers to choose from and always has great people to talk to and open your ears to.
