Texas De Brazil: you can eat until you burst. They also serve alcohol

Sunday was filled with some theme park visits by my friends. Then, that evening, we made our way to my favorite restaurant, Texas de Brazil. Texas de Brazil is a true Brazilian Churrascaria (that means "steakhouse", kids).

Why is this place my favorite? Because you get the highest quality steaks and plenty of it. This food is five-star or higher and it keeps coming and coming. You see, in a Brazilian steakhouse, they cook a variety of meats, from filet mignon to garlic sirloin, bacon wrapped chicken breast to lamb.

It's all brought as cuts of meat on swords. You flip your little card to the green side and all the different servers will stop by with portions of meat for you to grab for your plate. You can eat and eat and eat. For a truly man-sized meat-eaters meal for the money, I've found nothing else like it in years.

Plus, the girls dig the bar, where there is a wine list as thick as a novel, featuring wines of all kinds from all parts of the world. It's the biggest collection I've ever seen.

Oh, and the drinks... definitely some great beers to go with those steaks. While you're there, try their signature drink, the Caipirinha. It's made from Brazilian Cachaca, sugar cane rum, cane-sugar, crushed ice and a fresh lime. It's all mixed together and bam, one hell of a strong drink.

And if you want, get a hand-rolled cigar to enjoy while you're pouring those drinks down. They have a huge walk-in glass case humidor room. You'll think you're in cigar heaven. You will not go wrong at Texas de Brazil.

After a lot of food, a pitcher of sangria, a couple of rounds of those Caipirinhas, and two bottles of wine, it was time for the real deal. Time to hit a bar!
