Introduction

This is a complete list of all the WBC and GABF awards presented to Utah Brewers. With a couple of exceptions such as the Squatters’ IPA, Uinta’s Anniversary Barleywine, Red Rock’s Reve and the 2008 WBC Low Strength Category, all of the beers listed competed equally with brewers that are allowed to brew beer at gravities higher than 4% ABV.

This just adds credence to the fact that residents of Utah have access to some of the best brewers and finest beers in the country. Utah beers are full of flavor rather than alcohol and as such can be enjoyed in excess, though this is not really recommended.

Though high gravity specialty beers are very rare, our brewers have perfected the lower gravity beers. When you visit Utah, please take advantage of our great beer legacy.
