Mattias Dahlstrom chose the Zero Gravity Belgian Dubbel Saison at the Vermont Brewers' Festival and was immediately glad he had. After his recommendation, I grabbed the glass and tried it myself. I loved it too. It was a touch sweet, with great aroma and plenty of hops to boot.
